Prevention is Better Than Cure

          Be prepared! Here comes the typhoons and other disasters. Prepare your batteries, flshlights, radios, and other things to be used when there are disasters. Let us go to the evacuation center to be protected by the incoming disasters and to prevent ourselves from falling and flying things like roofs and trees.
   
          It is better to prevent bad things that will possible to happen than to cure yourself when you were hit by the disaster.

          Being prepared is very important to a person so that he/she will save his/her life when there are bad risks like typhoons and other disasters. So, we must always be prepared.

Health Is Wealth

Here comes July! When the nutrition month is. It is where we learn to eat healthy foods.

To be healthy, we should eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits, milks and fishes.

“Health is Wealth.” This is a famous saying that means that when you are healthy, you are rich in vitamins, minerals, and more. Now, you must stop eating junk foods and start eating healthy foods.

Vegetables are the most healthy foods in the world. It is made up of food nutrients. We need food nutrients so we need to eat vegetables. We must stop eating junk foods because it is not healthy and it makes our life shorter.

We must love our life. We make our life better when we eat vegetables. So, we must eat healthy foods to make our life longer.

Earthquake Drill Must be Stopped

Earthquake drill is an activity in schools, offices, where the people will go outside their rooms and sit under the sun and do the safety tips when there is an earthquake. This is a good activity of NDRRMC to save our lives when there is an earthquake.

But, some people/students are collapsed because of hot temperature and because they are sitting under the sun. This activity must be stopped because students are collapsing. The people of NDRRMC must understand the situation of the students. They must end this activity and start a safer activity.

If I am the President of this country, I should stop this activity because of people collapsing on this and I must start a new activity. The teachers must teach their students on how to save our lives and what would we do when there is an earthquake by giving them sample on YouTube. This is more safer than the Earthquake Drill!

Dear Mr. President,

            We thank you because you made our country a drug-free country. Even there are more drug users but I believe that you can make them change. You are such a great leader to our country that’s why I am admiring you.

            Please continue your kindness and supporting us when war comes. I believe that you will change our country. I believe that you can change the life of all the drug users, and I believe that when you do that, every people will believe and support you.

            I wish that you will never change your mind. I wish that God will help you to do a new good laws to prevent drugs, and I wish that you will be our leader in the Philippines in the end of time.

Importance Of Independence Day

On June 12, 1898, Filipinos got their freedom from Spaniards who colonized the Filipinos. That was the day where our heroes raise our flag and fought for the freedom of Filipinos.

            We must celebrate the 121^st anniversary of Independence day by raising and posting our National Flag in schools, offices, houses and more. We must sing the National Anthem respectively. And thank our heroes who fought for our freedom tomorrow, June 12 2019.

           

I see many people who were raising our National Flag and singing the National Anthem respectively.

I wish next Independence day it will be again like this, many people are celebrating the Independence Day respectively.

          Hi! I am Vince Joshua Ganacias of San Vicente, Ilocos Sur. I live with my family. I am currently studying as Grade 10 at Ilocos Sur National High School. I want to be a successful CPA, so, I am studying hard to reach my dream, and to make my parents proud. I love playing outside games and videogames.
