Moving on, I will apply every lessons that I have pick up. I will study harder and I believe in saying that success isn't easy, and that's a good thing. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it and your competition would be outrageous. Just believe Him and you will overcome every challenges. Just push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.

Intramurals 2019

Intramural result a big and great amount of new friends and acquaintances as friendly atmosphere and funny activities bring many positive emotions and desire to share and enhance socialization among others. In addition, such events give a nice opportunity for everyone to be active and show one's best. The MAPEH Club in our school really had a hectic schedule of events and games to be played because of the ravage of typhoon Mario which really cause a bad effect in the whole school physically. Many facilities and equipment are destroyed and damgaded. The last day of Intams 2014 was posponed. But still, the whole studentry of our school resumed all the events and sports. The Supreme Student Government (SSG) in our school also conducted fun activities and booths like Movie Booth, Horror Booth, Marriage Booth and Food Booth for the students to enjoy the Intrams. Consequently, Intramural makes students more confident so that their life would be be brighter and ingrained. However the biggest oppurtunity and value of Intramurals is wellness and desire to be active and to get entertainment always.

All in all, the truth of Intramural sports and activities is vivid. Intramural is fun and exciting. Such events have many advantages and opens many possibilities for students to be active, happy and fun. Encourages students and faculty to participate in active life and experiment in entertainment and to promote wellness. An event which cannot be concealed.

Science Month Celebration

All Institutions across the country, from preschools to tertiary schools celebrates or implement different activities and seminars to help students enhance their thinking abilities and valuable skills and talents.  The National Science Club Month Celebration is one of the most awaited celebration among all the students of every school.

We all know that Science is everywhere and somewhere, anything and everything, somebody or someone. Let me first take an introduction to refresh our minds about it. According to the Spark Notes of Science Discoveries, Science is everything that surrounds us. It's to discover Information about this world we live in , study information, problems, hypothesis and conclusions, a process that has started long long time ago and will continue in the near future and in generations to come. Everything in our world that we use somehow or someway was made by science. It started with discovering something now then study what can it be capable of. Science has taken to us to an entirely new place. From batteries to computers, to better gas mileages, there was just been huge breakthrough in Science. It is in both chemistry and physics. In chemistry there is discovering elements using chemical bonding. In physics there are already discovered laws and properties such as gravity, motion, speed, force, acceleration etc.  Whether the discovery is 200 years old , 100 years old or present, It's Science nonetheless. Science is all around us, from laptops that we use, car that we drive. Science is to discover information about our Natural world and even about space to help us understand our  Existence.

This activities are not created not only to enhance the skills of the students and their thinking abilities but also yielding the National Wellness of the school and create an impact of good communication. My idea on this purpose of activities is "cooperation, Unity Valuable Knowledge and creativity should be on the students for them to portray and show to every activity that they will be participating to apply it in the near future. But this are not only qualities to be added on their work but should be their greatest medium in their work. there they should apply them all and so their work will be done in a positive manner.

On July 26 2019, we students of Ilocos Sur National High School attended the Happy Schools Movement which we will learn some traditions, cultures, and about education in Vigan. There are many rooms inside the Vigan Convention Center. Each room have different topics like Mathematics, Science, History, and more.

We are very lucky because we were invited in this occasion. The teachers gave us advice about life in school, being a good child, not pressure yourself, and more. Then we started visiting each booth.
After we visit the booths, we were given a chance to wrote the lessons we have learned. We felt happy on every minute inside VCC because we feel free every second and we learned and discovered many things.
Enjoy our life because life is short. Explore things that we haven’t learned. Be happy always.

Teacher's Day Celebration 2019

October, the month of the teachers. So, let us give them love, not stress. This October, our school celebrated the Teacher’s day by making a program at the ISNHS Gymnasium. They have raffle draws where the teachers will win consolation prizes and the major prizes; washing machine, cabinet, and led television. We must give our teachers love and be kind to them.

Teachers are very important. Without teachers, we are all nothing because teachers are our Education. Without teachers, we have no knowledge at everything. So, we must respect our teachers. Hear their teaches and you will use it someday.

Let us celebrate the Teacher’s day. Happy Teacher’s Day to all teachers there.

Vigan City Solidarity Celebration

          As the organization of the world heritage cities was created on a 8 September, it was decided, as a commemoration of this flagship event, that 8 September be declared "Solidarity Day of the World Heritage Cities". All world heritage cities are invited to celebrate this day once a year.          Solidarity is a unity or agreement of feeling or action, especially among individuals with a common interest; mutual support within a group.           Every September, Vigan City celebrates the World Heritage Cities Solidarity Cultural Festival.  This month-long festivity, in solidarity with other World Heritage Cities around the world, aims to strengthen the pride in the city’s history and culture, promote friendship and diversity between countries and serves as a great venue for forging ties and understanding through community’s involvement in the city’s various activities that highlights love for culture, arts and entertainment.

Wikang Katutubo: Tungo Sa Isang Bansang Filipino

          Agosto, buwan kung saan ginaganap ang buwan ng wika. Taon-taon itong nagaganap. Ito rin ang buwan kung saan pinapahalagahan nating mga Pilipino ang ating sariling wika. Mahalaga itong ipagdiwang ng bansang Pilipinas dahil dito ipinapakita natin ang pagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa ating mga ninuna at pagkamakabayan. Dapat nating mahalin ang ating sariling wika at  ipagpatuloy lang ang paggamit nito.

          Napakahalagang pag-aralin, unawain at gamitin ang ating sariling wika. Napakahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng sariling wika dahil kung wala tayong wika, hindi natin maiintindihan ang sinasabi sa isa't isa. Bilang isang Pilipino, ipinagmamalaki ko ang wikang "Tagalog." Patuloy kong mamahalin ang wikang tagalog at ito lang ang aking gagamitin.

         Sa ating henerasyon ngayon, nakakalungkot lang na isipin na maraming Pilipino ang minamahal, pinag-aaralan, at gumagamit sa mga wikang banyaga, lalung-lalo na sa wika ng Korea  o yung tinatawag na "Hangul." Patuloy na nilang ginagamit ang wikang banyaga at unti-unti na nilang nakakalimutan ang mga salitang tagalog.

          Dapat nating iwasan ang paggamit ng mga wikang banyaga. Bagkus ay mahalin at gamitin lang natin ang ating sariling wika.

Reflection

     
     In this quarter, I have learned many lessons about internet. Considering the blogs, search terms, and more. I've learnee its History, Uses, and more. We students are very lucky todays world because internet was arrived. Internet helps us in many ways like communicating, sharing ideas, researching outputs, and more. Internet has eased our lives in numerous ways. It help is connect with our dear ones who are on other places. Also in blogs; it helps us to earn income and to be updated on what are happening in world these days.

            I have encountered many challenges in this quarter. We are stressed because of activities, and thematics. But, what we are doing or learning today is nothing but for our future.

         
       
            I addressed this challenges by keeping on trying and don't give up on every challenges. I overcome the challenges because of God. Everytime I pray, he reminds me that I shall not give up on these challenges and always think positive.

            Moving on, I will apply every lessons that I have pick up. I will study harder and I believe in saying that success isny easy, and that's a good thing. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it and your competition would be outrageous. Just believe Him and you will overcome every challenges. Prevention is Better Than Cure

          Be prepared! Here comes the typhoons and other disasters. Prepare your batteries, flshlights, radios, and other things to be used when there are disasters. Let us go to the evacuation center to be protected by the incoming disasters and to prevent ourselves from falling and flying things like roofs and trees.
   
          It is better to prevent bad things that will possible to happen than to cure yourself when you were hit by the disaster.

          Being prepared is very important to a person so that he/she will save his/her life when there are bad risks like typhoons and other disasters. So, we must always be prepared.

Health Is Wealth

Here comes July! When the nutrition month is. It is where we learn to eat healthy foods.

To be healthy, we should eat healthy foods like vegetables and fruits, milks and fishes.

“Health is Wealth.” This is a famous saying that means that when you are healthy, you are rich in vitamins, minerals, and more. Now, you must stop eating junk foods and start eating healthy foods.

Vegetables are the most healthy foods in the world. It is made up of food nutrients. We need food nutrients so we need to eat vegetables. We must stop eating junk foods because it is not healthy and it makes our life shorter.

We must love our life. We make our life better when we eat vegetables. So, we must eat healthy foods to make our life longer.

Earthquake Drill Must be Stopped

Earthquake drill is an activity in schools, offices, where the people will go outside their rooms and sit under the sun and do the safety tips when there is an earthquake. This is a good activity of NDRRMC to save our lives when there is an earthquake.

But, some people/students are collapsed because of hot temperature and because they are sitting under the sun. This activity must be stopped because students are collapsing. The people of NDRRMC must understand the situation of the students. They must end this activity and start a safer activity.

If I am the President of this country, I should stop this activity because of people collapsing on this and I must start a new activity. The teachers must teach their students on how to save our lives and what would we do when there is an earthquake by giving them sample on YouTube. This is more safer than the Earthquake Drill!
